Jericho Woods Band music combines Grand Ole Opry and one-part Muscle Shoals. Jericho Woods create its New-Country sound by drawing from diverse influences ranging from the ’80s and 90’s country, outlaw country, Southern Rock, and roots rock to folk and bluegrass.
The band, founded by Josh Mitcham and Paul Priest in 2013, was covered and named by Rolling Stone Country and Wide-Open Country as one of the ten new country artists to watch. Voted as Kentucky’s Favorite Performing Band by readers of Kentucky Living Magazine in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
The California Music Academy teaches some of Jericho Woods Band’s most notable music releases.
