However, to ensure the safety of our students in the Covid-19 era, we have transitioned to private In-Home lessons and Live Virtual lessons. Conejo Valley Piano Lessons
We offer piano lessons for students of all ages and abilities, from beginners to very advanced students. We offer piano lessons in every style, from classical to jazz to pop. We have students who want to play just for fun and want to become professional musicians. We have so many piano teachers on staff, so we can match students with a teacher who works best for their age, ability, and interest. We start piano lessons at any age from age three onward. Our private piano lessons are one-on-one instruction and lesson lengths are 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour. For our advanced piano students, we have concert-level teachers who can prepare them for university entrance, competitions, and auditions.
Many students take singing lessons alone or simultaneously with instrumental music lessons. Students sing various music, from their favorite artists to classical arias. Our voice teachers have university training in music, specializing in voice and singing, everything from pop and jazz to opera. Our teachers all have performance backgrounds as well. A sample of what a student will learn in singing lessons includes how to breathe correctly, increase their range, proper pitch, and project and stage presence. We provide a professional accompanist who rehearses with the students and plays for them at the recitals. Our private, one-on-one voice lesson lengths are 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour.
Our guitar lessons include acoustic, electric, and bass guitar. We have an excellent guitar teaching staff and teach guitar lessons in many styles, including rock to jazz, classical, pop, Spanish, and chording. Our teachers perform in bands, work in recording studios, or are active composers. Our guitar teachers have university music degrees, so they know how to teach the proper theory and technique, regardless of whether a student is interested in metal or classical. Typically, a student would be six years old before starting guitar lessons due to their hand size, but some younger students start with a junior-sized guitar. Our private guitar lessons are one-on-one instruction and lesson lengths are 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour.
We offer a wide variety of drum lessons or percussion lessons. Most of our students learn on a drum kit. We have both male and female students and typically do not start drum lessons before age eight, as students need to be able to reach both the pedal and the cymbals. Private drum lessons are available in 30-, 45-, and 1-hour lengths.
Many of our students take piano and singing Mixed lessons. These lessons are very effective in keeping students engaged and motivated. We started Piano and Singing mixed lessons at age three. Beginners usually take 30-minute lessons, while intermediate and advanced students take 45-minute or one-hour lessons.
Some of our students take guitar and singing Mixed lessons. Such lessons are not for everyone because they tend to be challenging, especially for beginners and younger students. We start Guitar and Singing mixed lessons at age six onward. Beginners usually take 30-minute lessons, while intermediate and advanced students take 45-minute or 1-hour lessons.
Our saxophone, clarinet, trumpet, and flute lessons are aimed at highly motivated and committed students. Such instruments require a substantial initial investment and relatively long daily practice. Our teachers can teach lessons in many styles, including rock, pop, jazz, classical, and improvisation. Lessons are 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour long.
